Our Journey Of Making Destinations
In 1992, Shrawan Kumar Tiwari, noticed that visitors came and left without fully discovering the potential of the stunning Rajasthan. They were missing out on the profound beauty of the land. He realized he had to show tourists the true Rajasthan since he deeply cared about the culture's richness. So with this mission and little to no money in pocket, he founded Diwakar Tours.
Step by step, brick by brick, with passion and commitment, Diwakar Tours started its journey. Because of our expertise and dedication to the work, we quickly gained a stellar local reputation. But we didn’t stop there. We expanded, and provided services to clients, achieving 500 clients milestone in 2002. We continued our work, overcame difficulties and persisted in hard times.
Our clients would often shower us with praises, but few would go one step ahead. As there was NO Instagram or Google review at that time, our customers would often show their feelings with hand-made letters! For us, those are our treasured trophies, more worthy than any medal or certificate! Some of which are 25+ years old.

In 2008, we were officially registered as one of the major league Travel Agencies in India. And post, we never looked back. In 2011, we adapted the era of the Internet and went online. Today, we can proudly say that the wheels of Diwakar Tours have traveled over 11 lakh kilometers, that’s Earth to Moon & back across multiple regions in the country! We have catered to happy visitors from over 30+ countries. We have served more than 1200+ clients and 1312+ tours.

Our Founder
As you glanced, our History as Diwakar Tours, is the compass that guides our journey into the future. Like a map of past adventures, it inspires us with lessons of exploration and success. With it, we confidently lead you on unforgettable journeys, knowing that every step forward is shaped by the rich stories from the past.
Our Founder
Shrawan Kumar Tiwari, was born in a Champatpur, in a very underprivileged family in1965. It was not a happy childhood, but a plight for survival. Little Shrawan even suffered an immeasurable loss of his sister, brother and mother. His father filled with grief was transfered to Jabalpur. With him, the 14 year old Shrawan too moved away. Despite his father’s efforts, he was devoid of money, support or any connections, but Shrawan was full with grit & passion. Unable to pursue an education due to lack of money, he moved out to Mumbai, where he started a business but failed. He then managed to get a bus driver’s job and moved to Jaipur. In next 6 years, a stable life ensued, but that job was not enough for him. He knew he was meant to serve a greater purpose. He left the sure-paying job and pursued a job in Laxman Travels where he found his calling. From 1987 to 1992, he worked in the local travel agency and studied ins-outs of the travel business. He cleverly identified the gaps and lackings of then travel business. He determined himself to fill those and bring a rich travel experience to the tourists visiting India. After that he didn’t look back and Diwakar Tours just kept moving forward. Meanwhile, managing this growing buisness, he completed his graduation in 2012 as well. In these 30 years, he served multitudes of clients and even received some generous appreciations as well, including a swiss smart watch & a gracious invite to visit Germany from a mesmerised client!
From a Sapling to a Mighty Tree!
Our Journey
The journey began with a small seed of passion for travel and a vision to offer personalized experiences, especially highlighting Rajasthan's vibrant cultural heritage. This was the humble beginning, we were just born, and ready to face the sun & wind face-to-face!
Our tree started to grow, building a solid foundation in Rajasthan. Through word-of-mouth referrals and personalized service, we gained local recognition, and our roots began to spread, small yet strong, reaching a growing client base.
As the sapling matured, it began to branch out, expanding its offerings to new destinations across India. We dared and reached new places, as our strong foundation helped us to deliver same results across multiple states of India! Our branches grew manifolds!
The tree flourished, serving over 500 clients. Its sturdy trunk was reinforced with trust and customer satisfaction, bearing fruit in the form of a loyal and growing customer base. We couldn’t be more happier!
Officially registered as a recognized travel agency, and our competitors now recognized us as one of their own! Before we knew, Diwakar Tours had grown into a mighty oak. Its presence in the industry was now undeniable, and its branches reached further into professional and credible territory.
The tree’s branches reached the digital world with the launch of the Diwakar Tours website. This expansion allowed more people to explore and book tours, making the tree's reach even broader and more accessible. Clearly, it showed our mindset of adaptation.
The mighty tree’s canopy expanded across the globe, the shadows covering a big area over ground and branches swaying over international sky, attracting travelers from over 30 countries, including Germany, Europe, United States and many others! It now shared the beauty and heritage of India with the world, its roots deeply embedded in global soil.
With a blink of an eye, 30 years passed! After 30 years, the tree stood tall and strong, celebrating its resilience and growth. It was a time to reflect on the seasons of success and lessons learned, reaffirming its commitment to providing quality travel experiences rooted in customer satisfaction.
By 2024, the tree of Diwakar Tours, had served over 1200 clients, covering 11 lakh+ kilometers. It had firmly established itself as a symbol of trust and loyalty, with branches reaching travelers from over 30 countries. The tree continues to grow, ensuring every journey is as memorable as its roots are deep and the trunk of trust unshakable!
