Welcome to an unforgettable journey across the deserts and cities of Rajasthan! You’ll start with a night under the stars in a tent at Sam Sand Dunes, feeling the desert around you. Explore the golden streets of Jaisalmer with its forts, havelis, and peaceful lakes. Then head to Jodhpur to walk through the grand Mehrangarh Fort, visit Jaswant Thada, and soak in the colors and energy of the local markets. Every day is full of sights, stories, and memories to take home.

On arrival in Jodhpur, you’ll be greeted and driven towards the Thar Desert for a memorable evening at the Sam Sand Dunes near Jaisalmer. The golden desert landscape sets the mood as you settle into your tent stay. Enjoy the sunset over the dunes and soak in the desert atmosphere. For those interested, optional activities like camel rides, jeep safari, or a cultural dance program can make the evening even more special. Overnight stay at desert tents. 📍 1. Activity: Camel Safari at Sam – Optional Experience the Thar Desert like a true desert explorer on a camel ride. Feel the rhythm of the sand dunes as you gently sway atop the camel, watching the sun rise or set over golden sands. It’s a peaceful and unique way to connect with the desert landscape, capture stunning photos, and enjoy a quiet, memorable adventure in the heart of Sam. 📍 2. Activity:Jeep Safari in Sam/Thar Desert – Optional For those craving a bit more thrill, hop into a jeep and explore the Thar Desert at an exciting pace. Race over the sand dunes, enjoy panoramic desert views, and discover hidden desert spots. The jeep safari offers an adventurous perspective of Sam’s vast landscapes, perfect for photography, fun, and experiencing the desert in a lively, energetic way.

After breakfast at the camp, we’ll head towards Jaisalmer, often called the Golden City for its yellow sandstone charm. The day is dedicated to exploring its rich history and culture. From the majestic Jaisalmer Fort to beautifully carved havelis, temples, and serene lakes, every corner has a story to tell. In the evening, you’re free to relax, wander local bazaars, or simply enjoy the slow desert pace. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

The Hawa Mahal is one of the most iconic buildings in Jaipur. It features 953 little windows that were made so that royal women could observe the street below without being noticed. It's a fantastic area to stop and shoot pictures from the other side of the street. The light in the early morning is great for taking shots, and the noise of the market below adds to the mood. A quick yet important stop for your Jaipur album.

This stepwell is hidden away near Amber Fort and is famed for its lovely zigzag stairs and calm atmosphere. It doesn't get too crowded, so it's a great place for travellers who like symmetry, architecture, and quiet places to take pictures. You can sit down for a minute, enjoy the view, or just snap some amazing pictures without feeling rushed.

With its unique architecture and peacock-shaped roof, this haveli stands out among Jaisalmer’s heritage gems. Built by the powerful prime minister Salim Singh, it has a striking design with extended balconies that seem to float in the air. Walking around, you’ll notice how every angle has artistic details. It’s not just history—it’s art carved in sandstone.

 This peaceful lake was once Jaisalmer’s water supply and is now a favorite spot for locals and visitors. Surrounded by temples, ghats, and chhatris, it’s perfect for a quiet stroll or a boat ride. Early morning or evening, the reflections of sandstone structures on the calm water are beautiful. It’s a serene way to end your sightseeing in Jaisalmer.

After breakfast, we’ll say goodbye to Jaisalmer and drive towards Jodhpur, famously known as the Blue City. On arrival, check into your hotel and get ready to explore. The day covers the grand Mehrangarh Fort, the peaceful Jaswant Thada, and a walk through the lively lanes of the old city. In the evening, we’ll head to Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower) and explore the colourful local market before returning for an overnight stay in Jodhpur.

 Towering above Jodhpur, Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in India and offers breathtaking views of the Blue City below. Inside, you’ll find beautifully decorated palaces, courtyards, and a rich collection of artifacts that showcase royal life. Walking through its gates and halls feels like stepping back in time, while the panoramic city views from the top are simply unforgettable.

Just a short distance from the fort lies Jaswant Thada, a stunning marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Often called the “Taj Mahal of Marwar,” it’s a peaceful spot surrounded by gardens and a serene lake. The intricate marble carvings glow beautifully under the sunlight, making it a calm retreat after exploring the grandeur of Mehrangarh Fort.

After seeing the fort and memorial, we'll take you to the local market near the Clock Tower, which is where the people of Jodhpur do their daily business. There are a lot of colours on these streets, from vivid fabrics and handmade jewellery to old trinkets and stacks of spices that smell good. You can walk about, buy things, or just enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of shoppers and vendors. It's a fun way to learn about the city's culture without having to buy anything. Just go at your own leisure and enjoy the experience.

After breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to the Blue City. You’ll be transferred from your hotel to the airport, railway station, or your preferred location in Jodhpur for your onward journey. Though the trip comes to an end, the memories of Jaisalmer’s golden dunes, the desert camp at Sam, and Jodhpur’s vibrant charm will stay with you. Tour ends here with happy moments to carry back home.

After breakfast, it's time to check out and pack up. Your driver will transport you to the bus stand, train station, or airport in Udaipur, which is where you chose to leave from. After your vacation to Rajasthan, you'll have beautiful memories, vibrant pictures, and stories to tell. From the royal splendour of Jaipur to the lakes of Udaipur, you have witnessed the best of Rajasthan's culture and hospitality.

Important Guidelines for Customers:
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp only). The date we receive your written request will be used to calculate your refund eligibility.
  • Date change or rescheduling requests are accepted only if made at least 10 days before the travel date, and are subject to availability. Postponement is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges (especially during peak season).
  • Non-refundable expenses, such as booked hotel rooms, entry tickets, flight/train tickets, special permits, or services from third parties, will be deducted from your refund if already paid at the time of cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of official cancellation confirmation.
  • In case of group bookings or special events, a separate cancellation policy may apply depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
  • A tour is confirmed only after client approval of itinerary and services, and payment of the agreed advance.
  • Details such as pickup/drop locations, travel dates, and vehicle type are confirmed before final confirmation.
2. Base Travel Service
  • Our core offering includes private car transportation with a professional driver, covering intercity travel and sightseeing per itinerary.
  • Hotels, meals, guides, and activities are not part of the standard package. These will be added only if specifically requested by the traveler in advance.
  • All additional services requested will be quoted separately and confirmed before booking.
3. Payment Terms
  • 40% advance required to confirm your booking. Balance due before tour start (or as agreed).
  • Accepted payment methods:
  • For Indian travelers: UPI, bank transfer, or cash (INR).
  • For international travelers: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or international wire transfer (details on request).
  • Payment confirmation is mandatory to secure your travel dates.
  • If full payment isn’t completed as per agreement, bookings may be cancelled without refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment, as per our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation & Refund
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refund eligibility depends on number of days before travel (refer to your pre-defined cancellation chart).
  • Refund applies only to base vehicle charges; any add-on services affected by vendor policies may not be refundable.
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
  • In force majeure cases (e.g. weather, government restrictions), refunds exclude non-recoverable supplier costs.
5. Rescheduling & Date Changes
  • Date changes accepted only if requested at least 10 days before departure.
  • Rescheduling based on vehicle/driver availability and may require re-quotation.
  • Only one reschedule permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed.
6. Accommodation, Meals & Activities (Add-Ons)
  • Not included by default—provided only on traveler request and subject to availability.
  • Traveler bears separate charges for hotels, meals, entry tickets, guides, permits, and optional activities.
  • Diwakar Tours partners with trusted third-party service providers to offer additional travel services when requested.
7. Vehicle & Operational Guidelines
  • Vehicles are provided as per itinerary. Route changes, additional stops, or overnight halts may incur extra charges.
  • In hilly or high-altitude regions, AC may be turned off at driver discretion for safety.
  • Car capacity is limited—excess luggage is not permitted.
8. Liability & Insurance
  • Diwakar Tours serves as a service provider for transportation and itinerary coordination only.
  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or disruption caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, health emergencies, and baggage loss.
9. Customer Responsibilities
  • Valid photo ID must be carried during travel, matching booking details.
  • Guests must follow local rules, safety norms, and driver instructions.
  • Any damages, delays, or penalties arising from non-compliance are guest’s responsibility.
10. Complaints & Disputes
  • Issues during the tour must be reported immediately to the driver or company helpline for timely resolution.
  • Post-tour grievances must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.
  • All disputes shall be governed under law in courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Amendment Rights
  • Diwakar Tours reserves the right to amend these terms at anytime, with the latest version posted on our official communication channels.
  • By confirming a tour, customers acknowledge acceptance of the current terms.
